Sunday school

What our school is for

The school wants to bring Romanian-speaking children together and help them develop new skills. The programme includes:

• Romanian
• Orthodox catechism
• drama
• film evenings
• drawing, crafts
• art activities for the Church’s feasts

Who runs the Sunday school?

• The school was founded in September 2007 through the special care of Fr R. N. Enoiu and of parishioners who care both about preserving and passing on Romanian culture and about the younger generation living in the Orthodox Christian faith.
• The blessing of Metropolitan Iosif strengthens the school’s efforts.
• The children’s parents take an active part in making the school work.
• Teaching materials are provided by the parish priest, by the school’s helpers and by some of the parents (as they are able).
